Royal Berkey
The versatile Royal Berkey® system is the ideal system for use at home with medium sized families, travel, outdoor activities or during unexpected emergencies. This powerful system purifies both treated water and untreated raw water from such sources as remote lakes, streams, stagnant ponds and water supplies in foreign countries, where regulations may be substandard at best. Perfect for outdoor activities and a must in hostile environments where electricity, water pressure or treated water may not be available.
The Royal Berkey® system removes pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites entirely and extracts harmful chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, organic solvents, radon 222 and trihalomethanes. It also reduces nitrates, nitrites and unhealthy minerals such as lead and mercury. This system is so powerful it can remove red food coloring from water without removing the beneficial minerals your body needs. Virtually no other system can duplicate this performance.
Two Black Berkey elements are rated to purify 6000 gallons of water. Berkey Systems provide one of the most cost effective methods to purify your drinking water.

Filter configuration: Can be used with up to 4 Black Berkey elements, and 4 optional PF-2 post filters.
*Flow rates calculated with upper chamber full to top. Flow rate decreases as water level declines. The addition of PF-2 Fluoride/Arsenic filters can reduce flow rates by approximately 30%
If you choose to use PF-2 post filters with your Berkey System, one PF-2 post filter is required for each Black Berkey element installed in the upper chamber. For example, if you are using two Black Berkey elements, you would be required to use two PF-2 post filters. The PF-2 post filters thread onto the bottom threads of the Black Berkey elements and hang down into the lower chamber.
Please note the PF-2 post filters are rated for 1000 gallons, and therefore require replacement more frequently than the Black Berkey elements.

Choose if you want to have spare parts on hand or to replace worn out parts on a system.
 2. "The sight glass spigot"
Its
main function is to indicate the water level in the lower chamber
without having to lift off the upper chamber to view the water level
before filling. These systems will overflow if attention is not paid to
the water level in the lower chamber. For example if the lower chamber
is half full of water and you fill the upper chamber to the top, then
the lower chamber would over flow.

General Warranty Information
New Millennium Concepts, Ltd.(The manufacturer) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
Black Berkey® purification elements have a two-year prorated warranty calculated in six months intervals. New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will replace or repair any product that it deems is not properly functioning during the stated warranty period. Relief under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective materials or workmanship only.
New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damage to personal property from, but not limited to, a defective unit, improper use, abuse, accident, or neglect, etc.
No warranty will apply to units which have been used for purposes not intended, which have been altered so as, in the manufacturers judgment, to affect adversely its performance. This warranty is for the original retail purchaser only, and cannot be transferred
